With this tutorial you can create stickers.
Step 1:
Open new document with any size, my case: 150x150 px.
Step 2:
Create new layer. Use any of tools to create shapes.
Use a gradient you want for your sticker. My case:
Step 3:
Choose Polygonal lasso tool and select one part of the sticker, like the one on the image. When you select, right click and then Layer via cut otion. Circle will break.

Step 4:
Now press CTRL + T to transform the object.
Transform the circle part in a way like on my image. Or simply you can use horizontal flip option, then move it to combine with bigger part of the sticker.
It's suppose to be like this:
Step 5:
To make it realistic you can use drop shadow for both layers, make experiments and tell us the results.
